About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Head to lead our sales function, drive business growth, and expand market presence in the premium ethnic wear industry. This strategic leadership role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about fashion retail and has the vision to scale a premium brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance.
- Expand brand presence across multi-brand outlets, departmental stores, boutiques, and online channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,
and customer insights.
- Ensure effective sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Mandatory experience in the Premium Ethnic Wear/Fashion Retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience handling both offline (retail) and online sales channels.
