Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Technical Engineer to provide technical assistance to end users and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 applications, along with basic exposure to AWS and VMware environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, network, and system related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and basic management of AWS virtual machines and services.
- Provide basic support for AWS services such as EC2, S3, and IAM.
- Assist in managing and troubleshooting VMware virtual machines and environments.




- Support basic Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and assist with backup solutions, including NAS and Windows Server Backup.
- Support incremental backup processes for file servers and ensure backup-related issues are identified and resolved.
- Assist with basic networking, storage, and security-related troubleshooting.
- Manage IT support tickets and ensure issues are resolved within the required timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation of technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT or infrastructure teams when required.
- Follow IT security policies and best practices while providing technical support.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Technical Support / IT Infrastructure Support.
- Positive knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN,
