Designation: Key Account Manager

Location: Gurugram

Roles & Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

Understand client requirements and deliver customized solutions to meet their needs.

Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and agreements with key accounts.

Manage contracts effectively and ensure compliance with agreed terms.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to deliver seamless service.

Oversee execution of client projects/orders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in account management or client servicing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
