About This Opportunity
WE ARE partnering with a Lucknow-based General Physician (MBBS, BAMS,BUMS) to launch and grow a general physician clinic. We already have the clinic space secured in Lucknow and bring hands-on growth expertise — the founder has worked as a Performance Marketing Executive in a leading superspecialty hospital and knows the practical playbook for patient acquisition, local marketing, and scaling a clinic from day one.

We're looking for a doctor who wants more than a job — someone who wants to build and own something- with the marketing, growth, and operational heavy lifting already handled by us.
What We Bring
- Ready clinic space/location in Lucknow
- Deep expertise in patient acquisition and clinic growth marketing (hospital-tested strategies)
- Operational and business support to scale the clinic

What You Bring
- Valid MBBS,BAMS,BUMS registered to practice in Uttar Pradesh




- Willingness to be the treating/consulting doctor and face of the clinic
- Business-minded approach — interested in ownership, growth, and long-term scaling, not just clinical hours
- Based in Lucknow ONLY
- Prior experience running or consulting at a clinic is a plus, but not mandatory

Partnership Structure
- Revenue/profit-sharing model (percentage to be discussed and finalized directly with interested candidates)
- This is a co-ownership/partner role, not a salaried position — earnings are tied to clinic performance

Pay: ₹15,934.60 - ₹85,295.47 per month
