About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Holiday Consultants to promote and sell holiday

memberships and travel packages through direct customer interactions. The ideal candidate should

be confident in face-to-face sales, capable of building solid customer relationships, and passionate

about achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

■ Conduct 3 home visits in assigned territories to promote holiday packages and

memberships, where we will be providing you the leads.

■ Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

■ Explain holiday packages, membership benefits, and travel offers to potential clients.

■ Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable vacation solutions.





■ Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

■ Follow up with prospects and close sales effectively.

■ Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

■ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

■ Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.

Required Skills
- Languages: Hindi, English, and Marathi.

■ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

■ Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.

■ Confidence in meeting customers face-to-face.

■ Ability to work independently and meet targets.

■ Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.

■ Basic knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is an advantage.

■ Well-groomed, presentable, and professional personality.

■ Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.
