Long Description

Your Role:
The job holder is responsible to evaluate the effect of the in-service damages on the Design and Justification (Static and F&DT;) and provide detailed justification on the acceptance of the component.





The various activities to perform are:

Creation of Database (DB), Repair Instruction/Answer (AW), Repair Drawing (RD), Technical Disposition (TD), Static Justification Sheet (SAS), Fatigue Justification Sheet (FAS) and Technical Approval Sheet (TAS).

In this role, you will:
- Assess damage scenarios using appropriate inputs and aircraft configuration drawings
- Perform hand calculations and/or computer-based analysis
- Propose and evaluate structural repair solutions considering time, cost, and safety
- Utilize existing technical and airworthiness delegations to develop approved repairs for aerostructures
- Prepare technical justification documents (Design and/or Stress)
- Prepare necessary approvals for repair solutions
- Respond to customer technical queries related to repairs
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and capability-building initiatives.
