The Role

We are looking for an energetic
School Partnerships & Relations Lead
to be the face of SpeakMonk in the education community. You will take ownership of the end-to-end partnership cycle, from initial outreach to contract closure, while ensuring our partner schools experience smooth implementations and sustained engagement.





If you are a self-starter who understands K-12 pedagogy, loves hitting the road to shake hands with principals, and knows how to amplify those wins on social media, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do
- Drive Partnerships:
Identify, pitch, and onboard partner schools. Present SpeakMonk’s solutions to school leadership and manage the full sales and partnership cycle.
- Travel & Connect:
Travel locally for regular school visits, conduct interactive demos, and represent SpeakMonk at local education events.
- Bridge Product & Pedagogy:
Use your understanding of learning pedagogy to align our solutions with school needs. Gather ground-level feedback from educators to help our internal product and ops teams refine our Socratic AI engine.
- Manage Social Media:
