Role Description
The Assistant Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including supervising staff, overseeing customer service,



and ensuring store standards are consistently maintained. The Assistant Store Manager monitors sales performance, assists in inventory management, and helps implement loss prevention measures. Daily responsibilities include handling customer queries and concerns, coordinating staff schedules, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The role also involves training team members, driving customer satisfaction initiatives, and contributing to promotional activities and visual merchandising to achieve business targets.
