Role Description
The MHE Professional role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include supporting sales and deployment of material handling equipment, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting customers with solution selection based on operational needs. The role involves coordinating installations,



performing basic equipment checks, and liaising with technical teams for service and maintenance follow-up. MHE Professionals will maintain detailed records of customer interactions, prepare reports, and contribute to local marketing or outreach activities to grow the EP Equipment footprint. Collaboration with internal teams and customers is essential to ensure smooth operations, high equipment uptime, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of material handling equipment, warehousing operations, and industrial applications.
- Understanding of lithium-ion battery technology, clean energy solutions, and basic technical concepts relevant to MHE.
- Customer-facing skills, including client communication, product presentation, and relationship management.
