Job Summary

Ecostan India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality operations and ensure product and process quality across manufacturing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of quality systems, process control, audits, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall quality activities across the manufacturing process
- Lead incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities
- Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and control plans
- Monitor product and process quality and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct internal audits and support customer and external audits
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions
- Review and maintain PPAP, MSA, Control Plan, and other quality documentation
- Monitor quality performance and prepare regular quality reports
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues
- Handle customer quality complaints and ensure timely corrective actions




- Train and guide the quality team on quality procedures and standards
- Drive continuous improvement and reduce rejection, rework, and process defects

Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Quality Management
- Experience in manufacturing, machinery, heavy engineering, or fabrication industry preferred
