Role & responsibilities:

We are looking for a agile and relationship-driven professional for strategic marketing and business development activities in the areas of construction funding, project finance, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, working capital finance, and related advisory services.

The candidate will be responsible for building strong market connections with builders, developers, architects, chartered accountants, lawyers, and other industry professionals for lead generation and business development.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit builders, developers, architects, chartered accountants, lawyers, and other professionals to develop business relationships.
- Generate leads for:
- Construction Funding
- Project Finance
- Working Capital Finance
- Private Equity
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- LAP and structured finance
- Develop strategic alliances and referral networks in the real estate and finance ecosystem.
- Conduct market visits, client meetings, and follow-ups regularly.
- Identify prospective projects and funding requirements in the market.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal team for documentation and deal processing.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and networking activities.
- Track leads, client interactions, and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly business development and lead generation targets.

Preferred candidate profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 15 years of experience in:
- Real estate marketing
- Financial services
- Banking/NBFC sales
- Project funding
- Builder relations
- Corporate sales
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Candidate should be comfortable with field work and client meetings.
- Existing contacts with builders, architects, CAs, lawyers, or developers will be an added advantage.
