We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 technical support to end users and ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure, systems, and devices.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems and applications.
- Provide support for Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking issues.
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access-related issues.
- Install and maintain antivirus/security software and perform regular updates.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot printers, barcode printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Monitor and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLA/TAT.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for hardware/software issues.
- Perform system patching,



preventive maintenance, and basic security checks.
- Support CCTV, NVR/DVR, access control, and other ELV systems when required.
- Prepare daily/weekly support reports and maintain proper service documentation.

Required Technical Skills
- Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 and desktop troubleshooting.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Networking – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and user administration is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server is an advantage.
- Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and IT asset management.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Jira, etc.
- CCNA certification will be an added advantage.
