We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to join our event production team. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing the production requirements for corporate events, weddings, school events and annual days, private parties, and other special events.

The Production Manager will be responsible for managing the complete on-ground production process — from understanding the event design and décor concept to coordinating with vendors, fabricators, decorators, technical teams, logistics, and venue teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end event production and on-ground execution.

Understand décor concepts, layouts, drawings, and production requirements.

Coordinate with decorators, fabricators, carpenters, florists, lighting, sound, LED, AV, furniture, printing, and other vendors.

Conduct venue recce and take accurate measurements and production requirements.

Prepare production schedules, checklists, vendor requirements, and execution timelines.

Supervise fabrication, loading,



transportation, setup, installation, event execution, dismantling, and material returns.

Ensure the final décor and production matches the approved design/deck.

Manage production teams, labour, vendors, and technicians at the venue.

Coordinate closely with the creative, client servicing, and event management teams.

Handle last-minute production requirements and troubleshoot problems during setup and events.

Monitor production costs, vendor quotations, material requirements, and wastage.

Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, within budget, and on schedule.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is practical, organised, proactive, good with vendors and labour management, and comfortable working in office and during irregular event hours. The candidate should have a good understanding of event décor, fabrication, technical production, logistics, and venue operations.
