Role Description

The Human Resource Associate role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records. The Human Resource Associate will support recruitment activities, coordinate interviews,



and assist in workforce planning. The role includes organizing and tracking training and development initiatives, supporting performance management processes, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. The individual will also handle employee queries, support engagement activities, and collaborate with leadership to foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders.
