Job Summary

The Restaurant Maintenance Senior Manager / Head is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of all restaurant infrastructure, kitchen equipment, and facility systems across Hyderabad and Telangana region. This role ensures all outlets operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations, while managing a team of maintenance staff and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for kitchen equipment (ovens, refrigeration, exhaust systems, dishwashers, etc.), HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general facility infrastructure
- Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team, including in-house technicians and third-party contractors




- Conduct regular facility audits and inspections to identify and address maintenance risks before they cause downtime
- Manage emergency repairs and breakdowns with minimal disruption to restaurant operations, ensuring rapid response times
- Oversee compliance with fire safety, food safety (FSSAI), electrical, and building codes/regulations
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships — sourcing, negotiating contracts, and evaluating performance for AMC (annual maintenance contracts), spare parts, and specialized repairs
- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, tracking costs against forecasts and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, equipment warranties, service history, and compliance certificates
- Coordinate with restaurant managers and kitchen staff to minimize operational disruption during maintenance work
- Plan and execute renovation, refurbishment, or recent outlet setup projects as needed
