About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Finance to lead the finance function of a growing deep-tech semiconductor organization.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for capital allocation, financial strategy, investor relations, financial controls, compliance, and fundraising. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-growth, capital-intensive setting and be comfortable partnering directly with founders and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy and capital allocation across the organization.
- Drive Series A fundraising from preparation through successful closure.
- Establish and strengthen the finance function, including compliance and governance.
- Develop and manage financial plans and strategies across business programs.
- Optimize revenue, cost, and margin forecasting.
- Build robust internal controls and financial governance mechanisms.
- Lead financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Manage investor relations and stakeholder reporting.




- Establish effective programme-level financial controls.
- Identify and manage financial and enterprise-level risks.
- Partner with senior leadership on business planning, capital requirements, and long-term growth strategy.

Required Qualifications:
- 6–10 years of experience in finance management.
- At least 4 years in a leadership role within finance.
- Experience in a deep-tech, manufacturing, semiconductor, or other capital-intensive environment preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading a Series A or Series B fundraising process from preparation through closing.
- Strong expertise in: Financial modelling, Investor relations,Programme financial control, Enterprise risk management, Financial planning and strategy, Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial governance.,Excellent analytical, strategic, and stakeholder-management skills.
