Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and maintain complex COBOL programs for IMS DB applications on IBM Mainframe systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions using VSAM/JCL/CICS technologies.
- Troubleshoot issues related to program execution, data processing, and system performance optimization.
- Develop documentation for developed codebases and provide training to junior team members.

Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in COBOL programming language.
- Solid understanding of IMS DB (Information Management System) architecture and its components such as VSAM (Virtual Storage Access Method).
- Proficiency in developing complex programs using CICS (Customer Information Control System) technology.
- Experience working on IBM Mainframe systems including knowledge of JCL (Job Control Language) commands.
