Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the delivery hub, ensuring efficient pickup and drop-off of packages.
- Oversee a team of delivery executives to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to optimize route planning, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues related to logistics, transportation, and supply chain management.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in cluster operations or similar role in the courier/logistics industry.
- Solid knowledge of Telugu language (written & spoken).
- Proven track record in managing last mile delivery operations with excellent customer service skills.
