Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer / Team Leader with 5 years of hands-on experience specializing in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and proven experience in leading a design team while creating visually appealing graphics aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the graphic design team, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of creative projects.
- Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, marketing materials, and other digital creatives.
- Develop creative concepts and maintain cohesive visual branding across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop effective and engaging visual campaigns.
- Review and provide creative feedback on team members' designs.
- Ensure consistency in visual branding, typography, color, and overall design standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, digital marketing practices, and social media formats.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients when required to understand creative requirements and deliver suitable design solutions.

- Minimum 5 years of qualified experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proven team leadership or team management experience in a graphic design environment.
