Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with experience in political campaigns and social media. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media, creating digital content, running online campaigns, and increasing the digital reach and engagement of political leaders and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Create content calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Increase followers, reach, engagement, and online visibility.

Content Creation
- Create captions, posts, reels, videos, blogs, and other digital content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers.
- Ensure content is suitable for political campaigns and target audiences.

Paid Campaigns
- Plan and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better reach and engagement.




- Track campaign budgets and results.

Audience Engagement
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience responses.
- Develop ideas to increase audience interaction and supporter engagement.
- Track social media trends and audience interests.

Online Reputation
- Monitor online discussions and public sentiment.
- Handle comments and messages professionally.
- Support the team during online reputation or crisis situations.

Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor social media and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, and campaign results.
- Suggest improvements based on performance data.

Team Coordination
- Work with campaign managers, designers, video editors, content writers, and media teams.
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors whenever required.

Political Campaign Support
- Support digital activities for rallies, public meetings, campaigns, events, and political programs.
