About The Role.
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution reach, and delivering best-in-class execution across the assigned territory of Siliguri. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, strengthening market coverage, managing distributors effectively, maintaining commercial and stock hygiene, and building solid relationships with distributors, sales teams, promoters, and internal stakeholders. The position plays a critical role in expanding business opportunities, improving market penetration, and ensuring operational excellence within the assigned geography.

What You’ll Be Doing.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with agreed business objectives.
- Develop sales plans, forecasts,



and target allocations for distributors and Territory Sales Incharges (TSIs) at the beat level.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to minimize variances against targets.
- Identify growth opportunities and appoint distributors in line with business expansion strategies.
- Plan and allocate field resources based on market potential and coverage requirements.
- Execute secondary sales plans across territories, distributors, brands, and SKUs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and joint commercial meetings with TSIs to drive business outcomes.
- Ensure effective distribution management, including market coverage, product availability, visibility, freshness, and stock rotation.
- Drive implementation and compliance of Distributor Management System (DMS) processes and billing across distributor partners.
- Execute trade promotions, consumer activations, and localized marketing initiatives
