Role & responsibilities
- Ensure documented information is controlled.
- Promote awareness of quality policies and objectives across the organization.
- Ensure top management commitment to the QMS.
- Report QMS performance to leadership during Management Review Meetings.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulations (FDA, CE, GMP, etc.).
- Lead certification and surveillance audits (internal, external, and customer audits).
- Establish quality policies, procedures, and guidelines.
