As our Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind your store's success. From leading your team and delivering exceptional customer experiences to achieving ambitious sales goals and maintaining operational excellence, you'll shape what the Uni Seoul experience looks like every single day.

What You'll Do

Drive Business Performance

● Own store sales and profitability while consistently achieving businesstargets.

● Monitor and improve retail KPIs including Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, Productivity, and Customer Satisfaction.

● Identify opportunitiesto grow the business through solid commercial thinking and floor leadership.





Own Store Operations

● Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across inventory, cash management, visual merchandising, and compliance.

● Maintain high standards of store presentation and operational discipline.

● Drive stock accuracy,shrinkage control, and adherence to company SOPs.

Pay: Up to ₹54,000.00 per month
