Job Description – Site Supervisor (Interior Designing)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and coordinate interior design project sites. The candidate will be responsible for labour management, site coordination, client communication, and ensuring work is completed as per drawings and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior work at project sites.
- Manage and coordinate labour, contractors, and vendors.
- Coordinate with clients regarding site progress, requirements, and execution.
- Read and understand AutoCAD drawings and ensure work is executed accordingly.
- Monitor quality, measurements, materials, and workmanship.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams for smooth execution.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues.
- Maintain proper site discipline, safety, and housekeeping.




- Provide regular updates on project progress to management.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior designing/site supervision.
- Must have valuable knowledge of interior execution and labour management.
- Must be able to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
- Good client coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workers and coordinate with contractors.
- Strong knowledge of site execution and finishing work.
- Willingness to work at project sites as required.

Salary & Location

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

A responsible, hands-on supervisor with strong site coordination, labour management, client handling, and AutoCAD drawing-reading skills.
