We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should be skilled, and passionate about providing excellent service to patients and their attendants.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle patient and visitor queries and provide appropriate guidance.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Support appointment coordination, registration, and other front-office activities.
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the concerned department when required.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive environment at the reception/front-office area.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the patient journey.





Candidate Profile
- Graduates from any discipline are preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in healthcare, hospitality, customer service, or front-office operations will have an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Malayalam.
- Pleasant personality with a patient-focused approach.
- Good computer knowledge and basic MS Office skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
