We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM Consultant with 3+ years of experience in Zoho CRM implementation and consulting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing CRM solutions, configuring and implementing Zoho CRM, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective Zoho CRM solutions.
- Lead end-to-end Zoho CRM implementation projects, from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Configure Zoho CRM modules, layouts, fields, workflows, approvals, automation, blueprints, reports, and dashboards.
- Conduct requirement analysis, process mapping, and solution design.
- Customize Zoho CRM according to client-specific business processes.
- Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho applications and third-party platforms.
- Develop and manage CRM automation using Deluge where required.
- Perform data migration, data validation, testing, and system deployment.
- Conduct user training, product demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions.




- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with clients and internal development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Prepare functional specifications, implementation documents, and project reports.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Zoho CRM implementation and consulting.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and workflow automation.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Zoho CRM.
- Valuable knowledge of Zoho CRM modules, automation, workflows, Blueprints, reports, and dashboards.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
