Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement supplier quality strategies, processes, and standards.

Lead supplier audits, Evaluate, qualify, and approve recent suppliers.

Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, and quality metrics and Ensure suppliers maintain robust quality management systems

Review and approve supplier quality documentation including PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams.

Manage non-conformance reports and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) though 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Identify quality risks within the supply chain and implement mitigation plans.

Drive supplier continuous improvement initiatives & Collaborate with suppliers to reduce defects, improve process capability, and enhance product quality.





Lead supplier performance improvement projects.

Create & edit internal and external complaints in SAP-QM & maintain the documentation in SAP

Work closely with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Logistics teams.

Your Profile You contribute

Knowledge required:
Hands-on experience with a wide range of inspection and measurement instruments

Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including RCA, 7 QC Tools, Six Sigma

Excellent ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and technical specifications.

Able to lead FMEA, PPAP, MSA, and Process Capability Studies (Cp, Cpk).

Knowledge on Quality Management Systems (QMS), particularly ISO 9001 standards.

Ability to lead and mentor quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians.

Experience working with SAP for Quality Assurance related activities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting, analys
