Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Driving Training Instructor who can train students in safe and confident driving while also supporting the driving school’s marketing and student enrollment activities.

The ideal candidate should have good driving skills, excellent communication abilities, and an interest in marketing and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Driving Training

* Provide practical driving training to students according to their skill level.

* Teach students safe driving practices, traffic rules, road discipline, parking, reversing, and vehicle control.

* Prepare students for driving licence tests.

* Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly.

* Ensure the safety of students and the vehicle during every training session.

* Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with students.

Marketing & Student Enrollment





* Promote driving courses and services to potential customers.

* Generate leads through local marketing, referrals, and other promotional activities.

* Explain course details, fees, schedules, and offers to prospective students.

* Support promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing activities conducted by the driving school.

Requirements

* Valid driving licence with positive practical driving experience.

* Previous experience as a driving instructor is preferred.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of marketing and sales.

* Ability to confidently interact with students and customers.

* Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities when required.

* Positive attitude, punctuality, discipline, and professional appearance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
