Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Global Account Manager (GAM) role based in Bengaluru. The GAM will pursue new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and promote Kokuyo’s office furniture and workspace solutions to global and strategic accounts.



Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, collaborating with design and project teams to propose tailored solutions, preparing and delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts in line with company guidelines. The role involves regular market visits, participation in events and showroom activities, tracking sales pipelines, and maintaining accurate sales and customer records. The GAM will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales support, contributing to revenue growth and long-term customer satisfaction.
