About the Opportunity

Kish Hospitality Consultant is hiring experienced F&B; Captains for a prestigious 5-star luxury resort in Sindhudurg, Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily F&B; service operations.
- Lead and guide F&B; Associates.
- Ensure professional and effective guest service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant teams.
- Handle guest requests and service issues.
- Maintain service standards and departmental SOPs.
- Support training of junior team members.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in F&B; Service.
- Previous experience as an F&B; Captain.
- 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong guest-service orientation.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations.
