The Role

We’re hiring a Key Account Manager at Our Client, someone who knows how to take conversations and turn them into outcomes.

This is an inbound, inside-sales role. No cold calling. No chasing strangers. Our marketing and partnerships teams bring in interested recruiters.



You step in to guide, close, and get them live.

You’re not just handling leads. You’re owning the entire onboarding journey, from first call to a smooth handoff.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Communicates like a human, not a script
- Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions

What You’ll Do
- Engage inbound leads: Speak to recruiters who have expressed interest in hiring through Our Client
- Pitch with clarity: Clearly explain how the platform works and why it’s valuable for their hiring needs
- Drive onboarding: Help recruiters through the onboarding process — from first call to account setup and job listing
- Run demos where needed: Guide them through the product or hiring process in simple, effective ways
- Maintain CRM discipline: Keep all recruiter activity and interactions cleanly logged
