Role Overview

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented MIS Executive with experience in the two-wheeler or automotive industry. The candidate should have robust expertise in advanced Excel, Microsoft tools, sales MIS, and Vahan data analysis to support business reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, dealers, registrations, and business performance.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret Vahan registration data to track market share, vehicle registrations, competitor performance, and industry trends.
- Create dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel and Microsoft tools.
- Perform data analysis using Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, advanced formulas,



and data visualization techniques.
- Track dealer-wise, territory-wise, and model-wise sales performance.
- Support the Sales and GTM teams with accurate data, insights, and performance reports.
- Identify data trends, gaps, and opportunities to support business decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and proper maintenance of MIS databases.

Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics.
- Prior experience in the two-wheeler, automotive, or EV industry is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in analyzing Vahan data is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
