About the Role

Astitva Beverages is looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead sales growth across B2B and B2C channels.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing distributors and key accounts, expanding market reach, building robust customer relationships, and achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the FMCG/beverage market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales network.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Drive revenue growth across B2B and B2C channels.
- Identify new markets, territories, customers, and business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and territory-wise growth plans.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective action where required.

2. B2B Sales
- Identify and acquire institutional and corporate customers.
- Develop relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, offices,



retailers, distributors, and other bulk buyers.
- Generate leads, conduct meetings, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Manage key accounts and ensure repeat orders and long-term relationships.
- Explore private-label, bulk supply, corporate gifting, and customized beverage opportunities where applicable.

3. B2C & Distribution Sales
- Develop and expand distributor, dealer, retailer, and stockist networks.
- Increase product availability and visibility across assigned territories.
- Identify high-potential retail outlets and modern trade opportunities.
- Track secondary sales, stock movement, retailer feedback, and market demand.
- Work with the marketing team on promotions, activations, sampling, and local market campaigns.

4. Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate sales executives and field sales representatives.
