Vehicle Maintenance Incharge – TECHMO Fleet

Location: Jharsuguda / As per project requirement
Experience: Minimum 5 years in fleet/vehicle maintenance or plant operations

Key Responsibilities:-
- Ensure vehicle availability and monitor daily fleet performance.
- Control and monitor oil consumption.
- Ensure 100% compliance of Preventive Maintenance (PM) for the TECHMO fleet without deviation.
- Maintain zero safety violations by TECHMO fleet employees through regular monitoring and audits.
- Plan and complete at least 1 Kaizen project for continuous improvement.
- Ensure RCA & CAPA implementation for all vehicle-related issues.
- Achieve monthly planned job completion.
- Track major spare parts and maintain their life-cycle records.
- Prepare and track vehicle refurbishment plans.
- Monitor LLF observations, ensure timely closure and compliance.




- Plan and raise spare requirements based on vehicle condition and consumption.
- Conduct leakage arrest audits and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on vehicle availability, PM, breakdowns, spares, safety and maintenance KPIs.

Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fleet management, PM, breakdown maintenance and spare management.
- Valuable leadership, coordination, problem-solving and reporting skills.
- Experience in plant/factory fleet or material handling equipment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
