Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail positions including Store Managers, Optometrists, Sales Executives.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals,consultancies, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Negotiate salary, release offer letters, and manage the pre-joining process.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful onboarding and joining.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of retail talent across multiple locations.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and hiring reports with accurate and timely updates.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Ensure hiring targets and recruitment TAT are achieved.
- Participate in employer branding and recruitment drives when required.
- Support onboarding activities and complete recruitment documentation.
