Role Purpose The Accounts Manager leads PT Ecological’s day-to-day accounting function, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with applicable accounting and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities ∙
- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations. ∙
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring reports are complete, accurate, and submitted on time. ∙
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, cash-flow forecasts, and account reconciliations. ∙
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements. ∙
- Oversee invoice processing, payment controls, collections, and vendor/customer account management. ∙
- Monitor budgets, operating expenses, and financial variances; provide clear analysis and recommendations to management. ∙
- Maintain effective internal controls and improve accounting processes, documentation, and systems. ∙




- Coordinate external audits, tax reviews, and regulatory submissions; prepare schedules and supporting documentation. ∙
- Partner with operational teams to support cost control, project accounting, and sound commercial decisions. ∙
- Manage, coach, and review the work of accounting staff, including Junior Associate Accountants. ∙Maintain confidential financial records and ensure secure retention of supporting documents.

Qualifications ∙
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. ∙
- Professional accounting certification, such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent, is preferred. ∙

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
