Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance operations, including breakdown maintenance, preventative maintenance, and project management.
- Oversee electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, plant maintenance, utility maintenance, and project & maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for all maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 15-20 years of experience in a similar role within an FMCG industry setting.
- Diploma or Degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in relevant field such as Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
