Job Title: Marketing & Growth Executive – Founder’s Office

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on marketing qualified to work directly with the Founder and turn marketing ideas into completed action.

This is broader than a social-media role. You will coordinate Japyara’s marketing agency, website, content, campaigns and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Convert the Founder’s direction into briefs, tasks and timelines

* Coordinate marketing agencies, designers, editors and developers

* Manage the content calendar and social-media execution

* Coordinate founder videos, product shoots and Live Puja communication

* Keep product information, prices, images and FAQs updated on the website

* Review the mobile journey and identify customer-experience issues

* Track website traffic, conversion, orders, subscriptions and campaigns

* Review Devotee feedback and recommend improvements





* Maintain a weekly action tracker and marketing report

* Follow up until approved work is completed

Required Skills

* 2–4 years in D2C, e-commerce or digital marketing

* Experience coordinating agencies and creative teams

* Working knowledge of Shopify, Meta Ads and Google Analytics

* Strong Hindi and English communication

* Good copy, coordination and analytical skills

* Basic Canva or video-editing knowledge is preferred

* Ability to take ownership and work independently

* Respectful understanding of Sanatan traditions
