Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Content Strategist role based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. We are looking for a
Content Strategist with 2+ years of experience in a Design, Creative, Branding, or Media Agency
who can develop
strong, original campaign ideas for brands
.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to understand a brand, identify a communication opportunity,



and turn it into a
big campaign idea with a clear strategic thought, creative direction, content ecosystem, and execution possibilities
.

This is a
pitch-focused role
for someone who enjoys thinking beyond regular social media calendars and wants to create campaigns that can win new business.

Qualifications

1) Minimum
2 years of experience
in a Design, Creative, Branding, Advertising, or Media Agency.

2)Proven ability to develop
campaign concepts and creative strategies for brands
.

3)Strong understanding of
brand positioning, consumer behaviour, cultural trends, and digital media
.

4)Ability to turn a brand/business challenge into a
strong communication idea
.

5) Excellent storytelling, conceptual thinking, and presentation skills.
