Position: ICU RMO (Resident Medical Officer)
Hospital: Prolife Cancer Centre & Research Institute
Location: Market Yard, Pune
Experience: Minimum 3 years of ICU/Critical Care experience
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Continuous monitoring and clinical assessment of critically ill patients
- Monitor vital signs and identify early signs of patient deterioration
- Manage patients on ventilators, oxygen therapy, and airway support
- Manage central lines, arterial lines, IV lines, drains, and catheters
- Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and infusions as prescribed
- Assist with intubation, CPR, resuscitation, and other emergency procedures
- Implement treatment plans prescribed by consultants
- Monitor fluid balance, urine output, laboratory results, and investigations
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative critical care
- Assist consultants during ICU bedside procedures
- Coordinate blood tests, imaging, and other diagnostic investigations
- Maintain accurate clinical notes,



treatment records, and patient documentation
- Provide proper patient handover during shift changes
- Communicate patient condition and updates to consultants and the healthcare team
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition
- Maintain infection-control and patient-safety standards
- Ensure emergency equipment and crash cart are ready for use
- Follow hospital, NABH, and ICU protocols.

Candidate Requirements:
- BAMS/BHMS qualification as applicable to the role and hospital requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on ICU/Critical Care experience
- Good knowledge of emergency and critical-care management
- Experience handling critically ill and post-operative patients
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Valuable clinical judgement, communication, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
