Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential candidates online.
- Conduct initial interviews and screenings.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate hiring records and reports.
- Ensure full-time online availability during working hours.

Compensation
- No fixed salary.
- Performance-based stipend.
- After hiring 5 candidates in a month, you will earn ₹2,000 – ₹10,000 per candidate hired, depending on performance and quality.
