We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who can manage influencer collaborations and build strong relationships with both influencers and brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in influencer outreach, campaign execution, commercial negotiations, and coordinating paid collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Communicate with influencers regarding paid collaborations, campaigns, deliverables, timelines, and commercials.
- Negotiate with influencers to finalize competitive rates and mutually beneficial collaboration deals.
- Coordinate with brands to understand campaign objectives, target audience, budgets, and deliverables.
- Shortlist suitable influencers based on their niche, audience, engagement, reach, and content quality.
- Manage influencer campaigns from initial outreach to final execution and reporting.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with influencers,



creators, and brand representatives.
- Coordinate content approvals, posting schedules, campaign requirements, and payments.
- Track campaign performance, including reach, views, engagement, and other relevant metrics.
- Maintain an updated database of influencers, their profiles, commercials, and previous campaign performance.
- Stay updated on influencer trends, creator rates, social media platforms, and emerging creators.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in talking to influencers and brands and closing paid collaboration deals.
- Good understanding of influencer marketing and social media campaigns.
- Ability to negotiate commercials while maintaining long-term creator relationships.
- Strong coordination and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other creator platforms.
