Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our saree retail store, drive sales, lead the sales team, maintain inventory standards, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall daily operations of the saree retail showroom.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
- Lead, motivate and monitor the performance of sales staff.
- Handle VIP customers and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Kanjivaram, soft silk, silk cotton, cotton, designer and other saree categories.
- Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
- Monitor stock availability, inward/outward movement and inventory accuracy.




- Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, billing and management teams.
- Monitor daily sales reports, staff performance and store expenses.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling and store security procedures.
- Conduct regular stock checks and identify slow-moving/fast-moving products.
- Train new employees on product knowledge, sales techniques and customer handling.
- Maintain discipline, grooming and skilled standards among staff.
- Support promotional activities, exhibitions, seasonal campaigns and special sales events.
- Provide regular reports and business insights to senior management

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
