This job is mainly about finding, managing, and supporting education consultants (recruitment partners) who help students study abroad. Your goal is to build strong relationships with these partners so they send more students through our company.

Your main responsibilities:

Find new education consultants and make them partners.

Build valuable relationships with existing partners.

Help partners with student applications and admissions.

Coordinate with internal teams to solve issues.

Keep track of partner performance and student admissions.

Stay updated on visa rules, market trends, and competitors.

Travel to meet partners when required.

Skills required:

Experience in study abroad or international student recruitment.

Good communication and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of admissions and visa processes.

Comfortable working with sales targets.

Willingness to travel.
