Role & responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers working on Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and React.js applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and industry best practices.
- Identify and address technical debt while guiding the team through complex problem-solving.
- Monitor and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance during the project lifecycle and support in critical production issues.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the team.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.




- 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development with Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.
- Solid experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and Database management (SQL).
- Experience with version control tools (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and frontend testing tools.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and application monitoring tools.
