PROJECT ENGINEER – INTERIOR

Location: Anna Nagar East, Chennai

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and execute residential interior projects from start to handover.
- Study work orders, drawings, measurements, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with carpenters, installation teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Plan and monitor daily site activities as per project schedule.
- Ensure proper execution of modular furniture and interior works as per drawings and quality standards.
- Verify materials received at site against work orders and material checklists.
- Coordinate with the factory, logistics, and project teams for timely material dispatch.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, civil, and other related interior works.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Communicate project updates, site issues, and progress to the Project Manager / Zonal Manager.




- Coordinate with clients and ensure smooth project execution.
- Support part-payment and final-payment collection as per project milestones.
- Complete project handover and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements
- BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
- Experience in residential interior execution is preferred.
- Good knowledge of interior site execution and drawings.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
