We’re Hiring: Senior IT Recruiter / Lead Sourcer

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Work Mode: 100% Onsite – 5 Days a Week

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST

Experience: 7+ Years in US IT Staffing

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter / Lead Sourcer to join Landmark IT Staffing.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 7 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Technical Recruitment

Strong technical understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets

Ability to understand technical requirements beyond keywords and identify the right candidate profiles

Experience recruiting across areas such as Java, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, IAM, ERP, and Infrastructure

Robust sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels





Ability to lead sourcing efforts for the team while also working as an Individual Contributor

Guide recruiters on sourcing strategies, candidate quality, and pipeline development

Experience working with State/Government clients is highly preferred

Strong candidate screening, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work closely with Account Managers and understand client requirements
