We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller with excellent communication skills in English and Tamil. The candidate should have basic knowledge of apartments, residential projects, commercial building spaces and rental /leasing.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate enquiries.
- Explain apartment projects and commercial spaces clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.
- Support the sales team in converting enquiries into site visits and potential bookings.
Requirements
- Excellent fluency in English and Tamil – both spoken and written.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of apartments, residential buildings, and commercial spaces.
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, civil, or telecalling will be an advantage.
- Confident, positive, and customer-friendly approach.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with a civil/construction background or experience in real estate tele calling and customer handling are preferred.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
