Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, target-oriented, and confident Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling initial client interactions, following up with leads, maintaining accurate client information, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving assigned monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for potential clients through lead calling and initial communication.
- Make outbound calls to leads, understand their requirements, and provide relevant information about the company’s products and services.
- Maintain accurate and updated client and lead data, including call records, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to move leads through the sales process.
- Submit daily sales and activity reports to the Sales Manager and provide regular updates on lead progress and performance.




- Coordinate effectively with support and other internal teams to ensure smooth client handling and service delivery.
- Work towards achieving assigned monthly sales targets within the defined timelines.
- Monitor individual performance and take proactive steps to achieve or exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive, long-term relationships with clients.
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
