• Excellent coordination, communication and problem-solving abilities

• Valuable knowledge of MS Excel

Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure

Willingness to travel and work on weekends/event days

Strong understanding of event décor production and execution





? CLIENT SERVICING EXECUTIVE

We’re looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can manage clients, understand their requirements and ensure smooth coordination throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle clients from initial inquiry to event completion

• Understand client requirements and prepare quotations & proposals

• Coordinate with design, production and operations teams

• Conduct client meetings, venue visits and follow-ups

• Communicate project requirements and timelines internally

• Ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction

• Maintain strong client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities

Requirements:

• Graduate in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, events, hospitality, luxury retail or related industries
